Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -All patients with primary brain tumors. -Age above 18 years -Males and Females -Posted for elective surgery with/without adjuvant Radiation therapy and with/without Chemotherapy -Patient likely to be compliant for follow up and treatment at TMH. -Patients able to comprehend Hindi and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient not considered for surgery -Brain metastasis -Previously treated (Surgery/Chemotherapy/Radiation therapy) for primary brain tumors.

MeasureTime frame
1. To identify occupational needs of brain tumour patients in sensorimotor performance components using Neurologic Assessment in Neuro-Oncology (NANO) scale. 2. To identify the occupational needs of brain tumour patients in cognitive performance components using Addenbrooke’s Cognitive Evaluation Scale (ACE III). 3. To identify occupational needs of brain tumour patients in psychological performance components using Depression, Anxiety & Stress Scale (DASS)21. 4. To identify occupational needs of brain tumour patients in performance areas using Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM).Timepoint: 1.assessment 1 (within 2 weeks before surgery preoperative) 2.assessment 2 (in ward before discharge from hospital) 3.assessment 3 (post 3 months discharge) 4.assessment 4 (post 6 months discharge)
