Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After obtaining informed and written consent, patients of either sex, aged between 18-65 years, belonging to ASA physical status I and II, with Modified Mallampati grading I and II, BMI: 18-30kg/m 2 undergoing elective surgical procedures under General Anaesthesia will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with anticipated difficult airway (Modified Mallampati grading III and IV, Inter incisor distance 2. Patient with recent history of Sore throat or LRTI. 3. Patients having risk of aspiration (Pregnancy, Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease, Hiatus Hernia, etc.)

| To compare: Overall success rate of insertion (total of 3 attempts), 2. Time taken for insertion, 3. Need for external airway manipulations, 4. Measurement of oropharyngeal leak pressure (OLP), 5. Fiber Optic Bronchoscopy grading (FOB). 6. Adverse events like blood stain over LMA, incidence & severity of sore throat, pain on swallowing after PLMA insertion using three different insertion techniques of PLMA placement in patients undergoing elective surgeries under General Anaesthesia.
