Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 70 years of both males and females. Patients developing microbiology laboratory confirmed infection with gram-negative Enterobacterales (Klebsiella pneumoniae and E. coli), Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii after ICU admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients already enrolled in any therapeutic intervention study. Patients who have a lab confirmed CRB infection at the time of admission in ICU. Failure to obtain consent.
