Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All healthy volleyball players playing at the college level between the age group of 18 to 26 years belonging to all genders having a normal BMI of between 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Players had previously undergone plyometric training. 2. Any musculoskeletal condition. 3. Neurological disorder. 4. Cardiopulmonary impairment. 5. Recent injuries. 6. Not involved in professional sports.
