Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Suspected case of lymphoma 2.With with generalised and/or localised lymphadenopathy 3. Treatment naïve 4. Age 1-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Relapsed or partially treated Lymphoma 2. Excisional biopsy not possible or feasible 3. Lymphoma 80 years

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare flow cytometry with immunohistochemistry(IHC) findings by calculating the: 1. Overall concordance rate, 2. Sensitivity and 3. Specificity.Timepoint: At the end of the study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To calculate the turn around time between flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. 2. To co-relate FCI and histopathological findings with established poor prognostic factors.Timepoint: At the end of the study.
