Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers without any systemic illness and haematological disorders. Patients with hemoglobinopathies such as sickle cell disease and thalassemia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemolytic anemia due to any other reason than hemoglobinopathy.
