Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prostate size of less than 80cc 2. ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History or evidence of prostate disease other than BPH 2. Treatment with any 5 Alpha reductase inhibitors within 12 months 3. Treatment with anti-platelets or anti-coagulants in perioperative period 4. Severe medical conditions like liver diseases, bleeding disorders and unstable cardiovascular problems. 5. Allergy to tranexamic acid.
