Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Case sheets of patients who underwent intermediate and minor risk non cardiac surgeries. 2)Presence of request for cardiology opinion by anesthesiologist during pre anaesthetic check up. 3)Those with good functional reserve.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Poor functional reserve. 2)High risk surgeries 3)Emergency c sections. 4)Cardiac surgeries.
