Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi with symptoms(either vataj or vata kaphaj) 2. SLR i.e. straight leg raising test positive 3. Patients of age group between 30 to 60 years. 4. Sex - Either sex, race, caste, religion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis of spine, fracture related to spine or malignancy of spine. 2. Known case of Cardiac diseases (ischemic heart disease, trauma, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction etc.) 3. Pregnancy 4. Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past 6 months. 5. Age below 30 and above 60 years 6. Monoplegia, Paraplegia
