Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients above 18 years of age. 2. Clinically confirmed cases of OSMF 3. Histologically confirmed cases of OSCC 4. Healthy volunteers having no oral lesion and not having the habit of tobacco and alcohol use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy 2. Patient under medication such as immunomodulators or immunosuppressor. 3.Patients suffering from autoimmune disease.
