Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People who must undergo surgery. 2. Age range between 18 and 60 years. 3. Both genders. 4. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of neurologic disease. 2. Known case of psychiatric disease. 3. Those who are unable to perform yogic practices
