Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All CKD and dialysis patient who are more than 18 years of age who are visiting the hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consenting patients , patients with history of anxiety , stroke and other neurological conditions , neuromuscular problems and cardiovascular diseases
