Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy older adults Between the age of 60 to 80 years Scoring more than 24 points on Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) Has basic knowledge and understanding of English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any existing neurological impairments History of any orthopaedic impairments Any history of psychological impairments
