Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Pilot Study 1. Healthy individuals aged 18-60 years of either sex from a diverse socioeconomic background. 2. Providence of signed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Pilot Study 1. Individuals suffering from long term chronic disorders. 2. Individuals gone through a recent psychologically extreme event.
