Intervention1: Dorsal Short Cockup Splint: It is a static short orthosis which keep wrist in neutral position. Dorsal will be placed dorsally. Duration of device is 3 weeks and frequency is one.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 20-55 2) Both male and female 3) Patient with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) 4) Positive clinical examination finding of CTS ( Modified Phalens test) 5) Night time pain, tingling and numbness for at least 12 weeks 6) Persons will be reported using a computer for an average of 6hours per day and approximately two third of that time was spend on keyboard
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of any Wrist fractures or Hand surgery 2) Lack of nerve- conduction velocity 3) Pregnancy 4) Patient with steroid injection in carpal canal within previous 6 months 5) Person will be diagnosed for RA(Rheumatoid Arthritis) or any other deformity which will affected hand function and architecture.
