Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing patients undergoing elective head and neck surgeries which require intraoperative neural monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient allergic to any of the drug used Patients with ASA PS III/IV Patients with cardiac disease, hepatic or renal impairment, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetics, pregnancy, age less than 18 years
