Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL the following criteria on HFNC for at least 8 hours, no worsening of underlying disease, requiring 93%, having a RAS score < 7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cyanotic congenital heart disease Obstructive sleep apnea Chronic lung disease
