Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having diabetes induced Microalbuminuria with chronicity of 5yrs and above. 2)Urine albumin from traces level(10mg) up to 3+(300mg),is less than 3+. 3)Proteins/createnine ratio is >0.2. 4)Patients having serum creatinine less than 5mg/dl. 5)Patients who are fit for vasthi karma. 6)Patients between age group of 30-70yrs. 7)Patients who will sign for informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with Multi organ failure and admitted in ICU. ? Pregnant women, Soothika will be excluded. ? Patient suffering from Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. ? Patients having serum creatinine more than 5mg/dl.

Design outcomes

Primary

1)Correction of leakage of proteins from kidney 2)Relief from subjective parameters. Timepoint: 8 weeks 6 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Prevention of diabetic kidney complications. 2)Prevention of end stage kidney failure.Timepoint: 8 weeks 6 days
