Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa 1& 2 category patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known drug allergy, asa 3& 4, cardiac, renal, hepatic impairment, pregnancy, uncontrolled hypertension diabetes

MeasureTime frame
Onset and duration of sensory and motor blockTimepoint: Baseline, 2 minutes, every 5 minutes for 1 hour, every 15 minutes for 5 hours and every hour till regression of block

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic changes associated measured by heart rate, blood pressure, vas score, sedation scoreTimepoint: Baseline vitals, at 2 minutes, at 5 minutes intervals for first hour, 15 minutes intervals for next 5 hours, & till block regression
