| The study would also throw light on the health seeking behavior of chest symptomatic especially in light of the ongoing RNTCP in these areas In addition the study would identify gaps in programme implementation useful for making necessary modifications in the TB control strategies in the area The study would also determine to an extent the problem of co-infection of HIV-TB & Malnutrition among the chest symptomatic identified during the survey This would help all the three national programmes in tacking these problems in difficult tribal areas The prevalence figures for different Tribal Groups estimated from this study could also serve as a baseline for monitoring changes in prevalence on subsequent follow-up surveys using same methodology in future at regular intervals Insights from descriptive & analytic framework to create a behaviour change model based on qualitative data findingsTimepoint: The detailed break up is as follows Phase I – 5 months Phase II – 5 months (including transcribing data) Phase III – 20 months (Including data entries) Final Analysis of Data – 6 months | — |
