Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female Patients scheduled to undergo Modified Radical Mastectomy under General Anaesthesia 2.Patients having American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 35 kg/m2 2. Patients with history of neuropsychiatric disorders 3. Local site infections 4. Coagulopathies and Thrombocytopenia 5. Chronic treatment with opioids 6. Pregnancy
