Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer of oral cavity, pharynx and larynx aged above 18 years in both genders able to understand English or Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer of nasal cavity, para nasal sinuses and salivary glands advanced stage of head and neck cancer or distant metastasis critical illness, renal failure, liver failure, any other gastro intestinal disease
