Intervention1: Online Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy: Online or Virtual EMDR Therapy will be provided to the treatment/experimental group which will follow 8 Phases stand

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: English reading, writing, and speaking capacity Understand nature of study and give written informed consent. Minimum score of 8 on ITQ Minimum of 2 on ACE Questionnaire Meet EMDR Therapy Client Readiness Checklist Dedicate time for 90-minute sessions, once or twice a week for 3 months. Not undergone structured psychotherapeutic intervention in the last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissociative Disorders or Intellectual disability Self-harm in last 1 month History of at least 1 psychotic episode, bipolar affective disorder, substance abuse disorder, head injury suggestive of organicity, neurological or cardiac related conditions Who do not respond to stabilization, grounding, and self-control strategies (Will be determined within 3-5 sessions) Pregnant women Undergone EMDR therapy in the past. Have ongoing trauma

At termination, 9 points less than original score obtained at Baseline point in the IES-R Timepoint: 4 time points Baseline Middle Phase Termination 3 month follow up
