Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I and II patients of either sex. 2.Patients aged between 20 to 50 years 3. Patients undergoing elective ureteroscopic surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Patients refusal 4.Local site infection and peripheral vascular disease. 5.Diagnosed to have neurological disease. 6.Patients with severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic and renal disease. 7.Patients with coagulation abnormalities. 8.Patients with previous spine surgeries, and spine abnormalities.
