Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the patients who are more than 18 years of age and preoperatively - cT3 or 4 N0-3 M0 (according to AJCC, 8th edition) undergoing open total or subto-tal gastrectomy for locally advanced gastric adenocarcinoma, with ECOG performance status 0 or 1
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received neoadjuvant therapy. 2. Patients with co-existing uncontrolled comorbidities. 3. Recurrent carcinoma of stomach. 4. Presence of other coexisting malignancy. 5. Other types of gastric cancer such as lym-phoma, GIST, carcinoid tumor. 6. Emergency gastrectomy for bleeding or per-forated gastric cancer.
