Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Skeletally matured patients Diagnosed cases of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse Having complaints of backpain with radiculopathy for more than 4 weeks with a positive straight leg raising test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with infection, traumatic spine injuries, spinal tumors, spinal deformities and congenital spinal anomalies, bleeding disorders
