Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed patients of PCOS. 2.Irregular menses 3. scanty menses due to anovulatory cycle 4. Age group 18yrs to 45yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSIVE CRITERIA-- 1. Cervical tumour 2. Polyp 3. Ca cervix 4. Uterine fibroid 5. Congenital anomalies in female genital tract 6. Tubercular endometritis 7. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia. 8. HIV/VDRL/HbsAg positive 9. Malignant diseased patients and cytotoxic patients. a) Other gynaecological disorder

Regular menstruation, Adequate quantity of menstrual bleeding,Painless, Size of PCOS gets reduced or absence of PCOS.Timepoint: follow up will be after Completion of 3 months.	—

Measure	Time frame
Regular menstruation, Adequate quantity of menstrual bleeding,Painless, Size of PCOS gets reduced or absence of PCOS. If the pt has Infertility complaints it will get cured. Overall health improvement.Timepoint: Assessment will be done after completion of 8 Weeks & 12 Weeks duration	—
