Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of primary intracerebral stroke with hypertension who are eligible for intensive blood pressure reduction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior history of Intracerebral bleed Poor temporal acoustic window Requiring emergency surgical procedure Infratentorial location Failure to obtain consent Pre induction of blood pressure reduction measures
