Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects between 21 to 60 years of age of either sex 2.Minimum three polyarticular joint involvement 3.Morning stiffness for more than one hour 4.Symmetrical involvement of joints 5.Inflammatory markers like RA,ESR,CRP are in elevated state , Anti-CCP positive 6.Radiological changes like narrowing of joint space, Synovial joint distention, Presence of pannus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects below 20 years and above 60 years of age 2.Patients with the history of Fracture and dislocation 3.Patients with history of recurrent fracture, bone disease, tumors of bone 4.Patients with heart disease 5.Pregnant and lactating women
