Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to ASA1&2 status and posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA3&4 status ,patients with local site infection, allergic to LA, on antiplatelet or anticoagulant treatment and contraindication to regional lock will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome will be duration of postoperative analgesia. It will be measured from administration of block to time for first rescue analgesia.Timepoint: Time from block administration to time of receiving first rescue analgesia when Postoperatively VAS more than 4. It will be measured in hrs. for the first 24 hrs. postoperatively.

total consumption of rescue analgesia and adverse effects if anyTimepoint: 1- 24hrs analgesic consumption 2- Adverse effects if any eg. pain, hematoma, vital organ injury
