Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, using left internal mammary artery and right internal mammary artery as conduits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Left main disease • Akinetic, scarred territories, • Radiotherapy received • Ejection fraction less than 25%, • Redo CABG, • CABG associated with other procedure (valve repair or replacement), • • CABG associated with other Patients with single or double vessel disease, • Diffuse CAD disease, Emergency vascular operative interference (aortic root surgery) were excluded.

measurement of flows in the conduits using transit time flow meter( TTFM) measured as mean flow rate in milliliters per minute.Timepoint: At the completion of coronary artery anastomosis
