Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patients recieving general anaesthesia and endotracheal intubation posted for elective surgeries 2 ASA-PS 1 and 2 3 modified mallampatti grade 3 and 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women
