Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with age 18-59 years. Patients who gave written informed consent. Patients with TNSS >4. Patients who come for regular follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Upper or lower respiratory tract infection with in last 2 weeks of entry visit. Patients with symptoms due to structural abnormalities such as grossly deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, tumors. Previous surgeries involving the nose and paranasal sinuses. Use of systemic/oral corticosteroids within 30 days of the entry visit. Hypersensitivity to antihistamines or corticosteroids. Pregnant women. Unwilling to give consent.
