Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing flap reconstruction, aging between 18 and 60 years, willing to follow protocol and giving positive consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any conditions that could alter tissue temperature such as acute inflammation 2. Hyperthermia / Hypothermia 3. Peripheral vascular disease or Vasculitis 4. Use of Inotropes
