Inclusion criteria: subjective criteria 1.Sandhishool 2.Sandhishoth (swelling) 3.Sparshashatva (tenderness) 4.Sandhistabhdta(stiffness) 5.Agnimandya(loss of apetite) 6.Aruchi (anorexia) 7.Gaurav (heaviness) 8.Burning sensation 9.Angamarda(bodyache) 10.RA Factor positive 11.Anti CCP positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Amavata associated with following disease will be excluded 1.Patient not willing for clinical trials 2.Age less than 18yr and more than 60yrs 3. Traumatic Arthritis,gouty arthritis, septic arthritis,SLE, liver cirrohosis, tuberculosis arthritis,pots disease. 4.D.M., hypertension, renal failure, HIV, HBSAG (positive)
