Health Condition 1: J00-J99- Diseases of the respiratory system

Interventions

Intervention1: upper body flexibility exercises along with pulmonary rehab: Stretching and flexibility exercise. After pulmonary rehab static stretching exercises for 10 to 30 sec, a complete 60
bronchial hygiene, upper limb aerobic endurance training by hand free weights 10-15 reps, 2-3 sets and lower limb aerobic endurance training by walking for 20 minutes a day,3 times a week for 4 week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having chronic respiratory disease according to history taken and available reports such as X-ray, CT scan of thorax. Both males and females. Age between 18 to 60 years. Patients having android phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute exacerbation with clinical instability. Patients with history of surgery of neck /shoulder in past 6 months. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension. Patients with known cardiac disease. Patients with other neurological or musculoskeletal condition causing activity limitation. Impaired cognitive status.
