Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with any cardiac, vascular, or respiratory primary impairment attending cardiovascular and respiratory physiotherapy OPD of either gender from 20 years to 70 years old or a caregiver accompanying a patient where the patient cannot participate due to any impairment. Patients with any cardiac, vascular or respiratory primary impairment attending physiotherapy OPD Physiotherapist treating patients with cardiovascular and respiratory impairment with an experience of at least 10 years Expert faculty who is trained in communication skills
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive or speech impairment. Patients not willing to consent. Pregnancy
