Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Adult patients 18 year’s and above referred for specialist palliative care (SPC) consultation. • Patients receiving nursing intervention in specialist palliative care services OPD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Incomplete medical and nursing records. • Patients not primarily registered with the oncology hospital.
