Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients admitted in intensive care unit requiring central venous line insertion through subclavian or internal jugular vein.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age • Coagulopathy (INR > 1.5) • Pregnancy • Inability to obtain proper window on transthoracic echocardiography
