Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly individuals. 2. Age 60 - 80 years 3. Community and institution-based elderly 4. No or moderate physical activity 5. willingness to undergo study protocols

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Elderly over the age of 80 years of age 2. Any neurological condition 3. Use of medication known to alter heart rate or blood pressure, 4. Acute or chronic medical conditions that would impede the assessment of outcome measures.
