Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: for group a 1 Diagnosed case of arsha hemorrhoid grade one two three four with the history of at least minimum fifteen days of viruddha ahara sevan 2 Willing for consent for group b 1 Non arsha individual with history of at least minimum fifteen days of viruddha ahara sevan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient suffering from ano-rectal carcinoma 2 Rectal prolapse 3 Fissure in ano 4 Fistula in ano 5 Sahaja arshas 6 Pregnant and lactating mothers 7 Any Chronic illness
