Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For Quantitative study 1. Adult Patients of the age group between 18 to 70 years of age who have undergone open heart surgery in a tertiary care center in Mumbai, India 2. Both males and females For Qualitative study 1. Adult Patients between 18 to 70 years of age who have undergone open heart surgery in a tertiary care center in Mumbai, India, and have a Kinesiophobia score more than 37 on the Tampa scale of kinesiophobia Heart- Swedish version. (These participants will be taken from the 183 participants participating in the quantitative study.) 2. Both males and females
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For Quantitative study 1. Patients who are unable to follow commands 2. Patients who have any lower limb deformity due to which they are unable to walk. 3. Patients with unstable postoperative hemodynamics. 4. Patients who do not consent to participate. For Qualitative study 1. Patients unwilling to participate 2. Patients with unstable postoperative hemodynamics 3. Patients who are unable to follow commands
