Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 7-16 years who are overweight or obese as per Indian academy of Paediatrics criteria (IAP BMI charts 2015)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving medication known to cause weight gain (corticosteroids, antipsychotics, antiepileptics etc.) 2. Syndromic overweight and obese patients 3. Developmentally delayed patients
