Interventions

Intervention1: Oral Metoclopramide- Isopropyl Alcohol aromatherapy: Group A (Aromatherapy group) will receive Isopropyl alcohol (70%) aromatherapy post-extubation every 30 mins in postoperative period

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-2 patients undergoing elective gynaecological laparoscopic procedures of the age 18 years to 65 years with APFEL score equal to or more than 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hypersensitivity to any of the study drugs 2) Patients with hyposmia or anosmia
