Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group A 1. Individual between 20 years to 30 years of age and with signs and symptoms of AMA (Ashtang hridya) 2. With no systemic diseases. Group B • Healthy individual with no symptoms of ama and no systemic disease/inflammation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients >20 years and ? Patients with Samshrishta Dosha (chronic stage). ? Patients with systemic disease like diabetes, kidney disease, cancer, cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia, rheumatoid arthritis, IBD, Alzheimerâ??s and Parkinsonâ??s disease.
