Intervention1: Strengthning exercises , include scapular stabilization exercises upper limb and lower limb plyometrics: there are 2 groups , Group A scapular stabilization with upper limb plyometrics

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male medium paced cricket bowlers who are playing for registered clubs Aged between 18 – 35 years Participants who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal injuries past 6 months. Any other condition/infection which can prevent the bowlers from participating in the study

MeasureTime frame
1 Bowling speed to determine the speed of ball. 2 One minute pull up test to determine strength of upper limb. 3 Vertical jump test to determine power of lower limb. 4 Goniometer. to determine shoulder range of motion & Glenohumeral internal rotation deficit (GIRD). 5 Target based bowling accuracy. to determine bowling accuracy for one over . Timepoint: Baseline data measured one day before intervention , after 1st week & after 2nd week of intervention

1 One minute pull up test to determine strength of upper limb. 2 Vertical jump test to determine power of lower limb. 3 Goniometer to determine shoulder range of motion & Glenohumeral internal rotation deficit (GIRD).Timepoint: before starting the intervention , after one week that is 6th day & after 2 weeks that is after 12 days
