Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Patient presented with clinical signs and symptoms Manyastambha vis-à-vis-Cervical Spondylosis. •Newly/Early diagnosed (0-5 year) patients of Manyastambha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis •Cervical fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae. •Cervical compressive myelopathy. •Post spinal surgical case. •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. •Pregnant or lactating women.
