Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant patients between age of 18 to 40 years who have a singleton pregnancy diagnosed with pre-eclampsia with gestation age of 20 weeks or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients diagnosed with any pre-existing systemic illness such as high blood pressure, diabetes, lupus, kidney disease, gestational diabetes, coronary heart disease, Raynaud’s syndrome, scleroderma, arthritis, collagen-vascular diseases. Pregnant patients consuming drugs or having drug history which can interact with nail fold vasculature. Patients with onychophagia, onychotillomania, with any other nail disease.
