Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The students whose age between 17-22 years. 2.The students who have regular menstrual cycle of 28-32 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The students who are on treatment related to reproductive disorders. 2. The students who have any known case of pelvic pathology. 3. The students who have chronic disease conditions and are not able to take part in physical activity or sports. 4. The students who are doing regular exercising and athletes.
