Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) PAI Score equal to or more than 3 2) Acute pain 3) Patient with Sinus tract 4) Asymptomatic apical periodontitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with systemic diseases 2) Pregnant female patient 3) PAI Score 1 or 2 4) Patient below 18 years of age 5) Patient with incomplete root formation 6) Patient with swelling, cellulitis and weeping canals
